3. Account Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• All activities performed under their account.
• The content hosted on their website or server.
• Maintaining their own backups.
• Scripts, applications, and software installed on their accounts.
• Ensuring that their activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Backup Policy

• Nexus Ghost may perform periodic backups for operational purposes.
• Backup services are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
• Customers are strongly advised to maintain independent backups of their important data.
• Nexus Ghost shall not be responsible for the loss of files, databases, or other information.

5. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain a 99.9% network uptime.
• Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, hardware failures, software updates, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Scheduled maintenance may occasionally require temporary service interruptions.

6. Suspension and Termination

Nexus Ghost reserves the right to suspend or terminate any service without prior notice if:

• Abuse or misuse is detected.
• Fraudulent activity is identified.
• Our Terms of Service are violated.

10. KYC Verification for VPS Servers

• To maintain network security and prevent fraudulent activities, Nexus Ghost requires KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for VPS server deployments.
• Customers may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID (Passport, National ID, or Driving License) and proof of address upon request.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the requested timeframe will result in immediate suspension or cancellation of the VPS service.
• All submitted KYC documents are processed securely and kept strictly confidential.
